全球有六个主要的数据中心：两个在美国、两个在欧洲、两个在亚太区。新客户将根据其所在位置和/或交易偏好被自动分配到其中一个设施。
除下表所示的系统重置时间外，IBKR平台每天24小时每周7天均提供服务。

- 重置时间的意思是在这段时间内，您的账户可能会有一段短时间无法使用，并不是说整个系统在整个重置时间段内都无法使用。在重置时间段内，可能会无法登录或管理委托单。已有委托单（本地类型）会正常运行，但执行报告和模拟委托单在重置完成之后才会显示。
- 当北美不实行夏令时（DST）时，亚太区的重置时间（香港时间HKT）将晚一小时。
- 周五晚上的重置时间段，整个重置时间段内所有地区的所有服务均不可使用。
